Pathetic, PATHETIC, and oh, PATHETIC AF.

Bought a brand new 2018 VW Golf GTI from McCarthy VW Constantia. They did work on my car after requesting additional features. Only when the features starting giving issues they say it was done by an underground/backyard mechanic, however, still having the car dropped off at their premises and picking it up after I paid at THEIR pay point with an official invoice from them.

In 2 days it will be 1 month that the car has been to them.

After Sales manager, Ali, just throws up his hand like he just don't care because "he wasn't involved". Excuse me sir, did. You say you are the after sales "MANAGER"?

Sibo, Dealer Principle, having sat with him one and was full of promises, has done NOTHING worth mentioning as my R650k car is still collecting dust at their dealership.

Not once in 4 weeks have a manager of the DP. contacted me. This is pathetic and disgusting. I've driven VW for more than 12 years and been a loyal client and this is how me andy car gets treated.

Not to mention, my car is now flagged at Germany because of their ****up.

Busy with a very big CPA case, if anyone can share some similar experiences against this brand and the "management", please do.

I would in my life never recommend this branch. They are good at sales but pathetic at after sales.
