Pathetic Complaints Service

So I Gave A Rating Of 1 Star which i don't even think is deserved. I had my car towed by Volkswagen SA which allocated the job to a company called RO Towing services in March. Upon receiving my vehicle back from the dealership I noticed valuables were missing from my vehicle. I reported it to the dealership and was told I'd get feedback and they would follow up. After numerous calls and going back and forth I only got feedback when I went back to the dealership demanding answers! I was then told I need to lay a formal complaint with Volkswagen Sa which I did and was informed I would receive an Sms with contact details in order for me to complete my complaint by emailing proof of ownership of my vehicle. This took place on the 11th of April. It is now the 14th and I still haven't received any sms at all! I feel this is pathetic on a whole new level and it cheeses me off that I'm the one spending hundreds of rands on airtime phoning after these people when I am the victim of theft. How much more money do I have to spend to actually get good quality service and have my complaints dealt with effectively! This is unacceptable!!!!
