Pathetic and Unprofessional Service

I took my vehicle to Volkswagen Southey Street on 27 August 2018 in Kimberley for sunroof repairs after months of not getting it fixed. While the vehicle was in their possession the vehicle was involved in an accident in their workshop. After everything they are willing to fix my vehicle, but what happens to the resale value of the car. This is very unprofessional from a company of that stature. I will never refer anyone to Southey Street in Kimberley again, infect buy a Volkswagen for that matter, just for the bad experience and service received. My advise to future and present supporters, stay away! I am going to write on Hello Peter every month for I feel it is necessary.
