Pathetic after sales service, whilst still in motor-plan

To whom it may concern,

My Audi A6 2013 is in for repairs at one of your dealerships (Audi centre Cape Town), a switch in the gearbox needs to be replaced and the part has been ordered from Germany.

in the meantime I've been informed that Audi South Africa declined the request to hire me a vehicle while my car stands immobile waiting for the part to arrive from Germany, which we don't know how long it will take.

Ive been told that its been declined because my mileage is too high (Im on 99800km, which is still with in my motor-plan and warranty). Well if i was informed when i bought the car that i'd be treated any differently in the last 1000 km of my Motor-plan, then maybe I wouldn't have bought an Audi. But believe me, i will inform future customers of your that this is how you treat your customers in the last 1000km of their motor-plan.

I've also been told that Audi SA does not guarantee mobility. Now to be honest, that the worst thing you can say, since its not a mobile phone that I've bought by you, its a motor car, which is exactly that, mobility... So quite honestly, using that line is pathetic. Also, i will now make it my mission to inform any of your future customers (both for Audi and VW) that YOU DON'T GUARANTEE MOBILITY!!

Now if Audi SA was half-smart, you'd know that my mileage is at a point where I'd start shopping for a new car, but what i can guarantee you is that it will not be one of the brands in your stable.

Thanks for the inconvenience and i will make it my mission to inform your future customers of your bad service. Check out my feedback on HelloPeter, all your social media platforms and i'll go as far as the media (you will notice I've copied in the Sunday Times motoring journalist).

Thanks for NOT ENSURING MY MOBILITY!!!
