Passing the buck

Dear Volkswagen,<br> <br> I took out a Volkswagensure policy through you guys. As I was moving house I advised the call centre of what my new address was. They advised me of a 50 % increase in my policy due to it being the anniversary of the policy. This is ******ion and disgusting. Now Volkswagen are passing the buck to Hollard, equally disgusting. And still no resolution after 10 days
