PASSING THE BUCK
I reported a bad service and delay I am experiencing for a battery I bought from Lindsay saker Kempton Park. VW Head Office customer care centre wants me to provide them with eNatis documents before attending to my complaint. The car is not a problem here but a battery that I bought separately from the car. If I put another battery into the same car, I experience no problem. Their battery is still within the warranty period as per their Principal dealer, Ashley Gengiah. The issue started in October 2018 and it is getting interesting and funny by the day. At first I could not get the car booked in for the battery to be checked because they are fully booked for 3 weeks. Later it was an invoice for the battery needed, after providing the invoice and now is eNatis documents. Can anyone help understand this? This is the sms from VW " As per our earlier telephone conversation, my direct number is ***. Please forward me eNatis documents to ***. Regards, Shanelle VW CIC Tel:*** - No Reply". Am I missing something here..............
