Panel beater making me regret owning a vw

<p>I m now resorting to the assistance of VW due to the frustration i have with the unprofessional customer service at Autotech Panelbeaters at Newcastle KZN. My car had an accident early in August. There have been so much delays and miscommunication with regards to assessment of the damage, and now the repairs. 6 weeks past the accident i m still told that they are waiting for parts. </p> <p> </p> <p>This is baffling since VW has a south african plant. In light of the delays in sorting out the car assessment and repairs which are to me very unreasonable, I requested assistance with at least a courtesy car after the 30 days but beyond the panelbeaters promise, i remain carless and have to spend daily while comkutig to work. </p> <p> </p> <p>I wish i never owned a VW now if parts at this day and age take this long and the approved repair centers have such pathetic customer service. Please help. </p>
