Overcharged for work not done - No intergrity

I brought in a vehicle for a cigarette lighter fuse and a rear wiper was removed to replace cigarette wipe yet I got charged for the work and the fuse. A few days later, I couldn't use the back wipers only to realise that there was no fuse there. The back wiper fuse had been removed and fitted on the cigarette lighter. So why then did I get charged for a fuse. This Branch works with NO integrity and do not the first thing about customer care.I have told all my colleagues to NEVER take their cars for service in Buitengraacht. The manager is aware of the matter and wrote a letter to assure that the matter was dealt with and I would receive my money. To date there hasn't been any re reimbur*****t. Its not even about the money but the lack of ethics in this Volkswagen, is appalling to say the least.
