Overcharged

<p>I last wrote a complaint to VW but got no response. that time i was complaining about being overcharged for service, where labour charge is more than 60% of the total bill. I had complained about being charged R1900 for a R3000 normal service. Then it was R3000 for labour on a total normal service of R4700. This is not even a major service. if VW does not wish to respond and let VW Rustenburg rip of clients like that then all i can say is shame on such business ethics Shame.</p>
