oil service not properly done

Took my tiguan in for serving on 5 October and 22 October took a first long distance trip to Mpumalanga. On my way a report to check oil shows up. Why was oil not refilled to car as engine almost got damaged. Pathetic service in Klerksdorp unlike Palm motors, Allen Hudson in Mpumalanga or Joburgs Linsey Saker- not history full diagnostic report of computer box & estimated cost of next service. <br>
