Oil leak on new vehicle

I bought a new polo tsi from this dealership and 3 months later had an oil leak which was coming from the oil filter, they replaced it and said it couldhv been a faulty oil filter seal I said ok. Then a month later same oil leak same place took it in they said they retightend the filter and cleaned up I said ok then the third time same oil leak same place cleaned again then forth time same story and this is the fifth time the vehicle is in within a time frame of 7 months that I've had this vehicle from new. So what is the way to go from here because now they replacing the oil filter housing and note that this car hasn't even been in for its first service yet it's on 8800kms only.
