NTT Volkswagen Paarl and it's bad service

On 15 September 2015, NTT Volkswagen Paarl serviced a Polo Vivo. We gave them a list of things to fix and replace. The car had to stay overnight for they needed to fix scratches on my rims. When they were supposed to drop off the car on the Friday as requested they could not follow through. Eventually the car stayed there for the entire weekend. When we received the car on Monday morning I was horrified to find the following. The car was filthy inside and out. They did not replace the things that needed to be fixed. The rims ended up being buckled and the car vibrates when in use. And inside was a half drunken glass of brandy and coke! The car smelt like smoke and they drove out all my petrol that was left over when they picked it up for example /- 200 km's. We were told to take the car to the place where we purchased it for it was not even on my name. Still is not. We will not make use of NTT VW Paarl again, neither purchase a Volkswagen. Can someone help me to sort out the problem, because i am going to do any thing i can do to get back what i want.
