NTT Volkswagen Krugersdorp - bad service

For some I don't learn taking my car to NTT VW in Krugersdorp. Well yesterday (04/07/2018) my car stopped and would start again. I called VW roadside assistant and they dispatched the technician to me. When the technician got to me he said I must call in to have my car towed. Indeed I did call and the car was towed to NTT VW Krugersdorp. Today (05/07/2018) I then i received a call from a person called Micheal claiming my has diesel and he suggested that i contact the garage that I threw petrol at which is Carltex Garage in Krugersdorp. I spoke to the Petrol station manager and he pumped the sample from the pump used to pump petrol in my car and even asked for a diesel sample to compare the two. Note that the Micheal from VW NTT told me that the warranty of the car wont cover the replacement I have to pay R 3 387.45 for my car to be fixed. Mind you this is not the first time I have dealt with NTT VW Krugersdorp, i have used them even before the name change from Lindsey Saker VW Krugersdorp. Even then they gave me ****py service and because of desperation I needed a car service. Micheal said there were traces of diesel today but looking at the sample given to me of the so-called diesel it looks diluted . What shocks me is that Gert the technician assigned to me last night (04/07/2018)never said to me it was diesel which has been poured but instead discussed me with his relative he visited at the hospital. I feel I am taken for granted by VW and if it means I trade in my car for another model so be it. I love VW but a NTT VW in krugersdorp service is poor. So in a nutshell every vw owner please do not service at NTT VW Krugersdorp.
