Not treating customer farely

Yesterday I had a terrible experience at VW Bluff when I took my car for service. I'm not sure how their communication works with their staff but I can assure you it's very terrible. A driver offers to take us as customers to our destinations for a lift at 8:00am mind you I have been there from 7:10am. Fast forward this driver starts with customer in the area of Bluff then moves to drop another customer at Clairwood then two of us are left out destination was Amanzimtoti well on his way to drop us he received a call from Service Manager by the name of Ashish who yell at the driver that he needs to bring his car back. Mind you this manager is claiming companies properties. The driver had to turn back to the office with us when we were about to reach our destinations mind you we are on duty at our workplace. So this service manager Ashish did not care if we had reached our destinations first all he wanted was his "so called" car back. When I confronted the manager about this when we got back to the dealer he just through me away and advised that I get on to this car without showing any remorse. I have also heard that staff of that branch has tendency of mistreating black staff and African black customers they don't ask them if they need lift to their destination and I am a witness of that as I was told your car is ready for collection you can come pick it up. Clients are not kept updated with regards to their servicing of their car I'm a witness of that. We are treated like they are doing us a favour by doing their job. The service they is horrifying I would never refer a family member to purchase VW never. People that do not acknowledge their customers and appreciate them for using their branch for sales and services I really don't understand. I would never wants to go and do my business to that branch if I have to drive to Pinetown or Durban CBD I will do that because it's really not a nice experience to go through especially when you have to start your day so early in the morning.
