Not Sure what went Wrong?

Hi I last services my car at VW Centurion, Yesterday my car tells me I need a service, so I go check my service book. To my surprise the book was never signed or stamped. We pay for a service so we can keep our records updated. This was a very poor job.

I used to service my car at VW Bryanston, but every year I went there the service Agents keep telling me there is something major wrong with the car. I am not sure this is a sales technique to get the customer to pay more. I always ask my husband to check and he kept telling me there is nothing wrong. I am not sure if this happens to woman were we get taken advantage of. What I find strange is after I took it to VW Centurion, They never mentioned any of those problems. It says a lot.
