NOT IMPRESSED WITH VW SA SERVICE RE. TIGUAN REPAIR

I am currently very FURIOUS regarding the repairs of my VW TIGUAN as everyone is passing the buck and no one seems to listen to the customers opinion and its all based on what is on black and white. I bought a VW TIguan 2013 2.0TDI almost two years ago and currently my mileage is on 55000km still in Warranty and maintenance plan, about two weeks ago my wife drove from work on her way home and the car suddenly went from driving to not driving with in minutes as there was no indication of anything. So this is my following questions to VW:<br> <br> 1) Why do I have a maintenance plan in place, and my clutch is not covered<br> 2) Why didn't anyone picked up on the 45000 service on your computer that there was something wrong with my vehicle <br> 3) My dashboard never indicated once there was anything wrong with my vehicle as indicates when there is a light bulb out when it's not working and I am sure that a clutch is a much bigger thing to display than a stupid light bulb<br> 4) I never had any bad smell of a clutch burnt or anything as I have been driving diesel cars for the last 8years<br> Someone needs to get back ASAP as I am raising this concern with the OMBUDSMAN and Newspaper and any other etc..
