Not happy with VW

I feel so disappointed with my VW TCross 2022 at 30 000 KM brakes discs an brake pads are totally finished and I ave to pay 12 000. How possible is that I bought this car last year in May and now I am told that breaks are finished. I personally feel that VW is sjust reaping us here giving us new cars with **** parts then when its time for service they want to make another money again.

This is just not fair at all. I am nit happy at all. I really need help here I am being taken for a ride.
