Not getting back to clients

I called VW Bryanston this morning to book my car in, which I purchased from them, for its first service 15 000km. I asked they return my call as I needed to supply a VIN number and was driving to a meeting so I could not do so. They did not return my call so I could book my car in, now I will be in CT and only available on friday again to book it in for monday! I will not be able to supply info as I will not have my car in CT.... Why can't you just get decent service these days!!!! Having to chase companies to give THEM business...NOT IMPRESSED.....
