Non existence of basic accessories like mud flaps and rubber mats on Polo Sedan

To get accessories for your new VW Polo Sedan is totally impossible.....I bought a new Polo Sedan in January 2018 and since then, they could not supply Mud Flaps, Rubber interior mats and a bonnet guard.... follow ups were made on a regular basis and the Dealership can't get it anywhere in SA. VW does not make it......can you believe this, as this brand is the top seller in SA this is unacceptable....?
