No VW part (water pipe) available in SA for POLO 1.6 TDi SHOCKING!!!!

I did a online complaint on the VW SA website to complain about a part # 6R ********** L (water pipe) it took VW almost three days to contact me regarding the complaint. A lovely lady Junene then contacted me and explain but could not give me details about the part, I had to first prove to VW that the car is registered in my name. Had to send them E NATIS registration documents. I waited again until it was confirmed that the part (which was already ordered on 10 August 2018) will be at the dealer on Friday 24 August 2018. 11 working days of which were told they could not get in South Africa. I really tried to understand this, that a part like that is not available for a VW Polo 1.6TDi in our country. Today I received another call from Junene and was told the part will only arrive from Germany today and will be at the dealer in Lichtenburg only by next week Tuesday (no specific date). I have been without my car ever since and could not do what I had to do. If I was stuck somewhere else I would have not been able to go anywhere. Its now been 11 working days for not having a car (which I use for my work). I love my Polo but if this is how difficult it is to get hold of a simple water pipe in South Africa I consider already selling it and buy another vehicle. If I was stuck somewhere else and could not produce my E NATIS documents VW would not have been able to assist me with any information regarding this part. Think again when someone tells you VW parts are every where available in our country!!! I could not even work this period wonder if a claim against VW will be possible.
