No Stock!!!!

I had a minor accident at the end of January this year. I took my car to the panel beaters the 4th of February 2015<br> They had to replace the back door and another part at the back. It was suppose to take 10 working days. Well there was no part available at the supplier! It had to be imported and would only arrive here on the 10th of April.After numerous phone calls I got nowhere with VW South Africa.It is now the 11 of May and still no part. My car is a 2013 POLO. I have been bumming lifts and using other peoples cars for 3 months now. I want to know why VW can not give me a car in the interim to use? this is not the panel beaters fault but VW. They are ***********. How can a part take that long to get???
