No spare parts for Amarok 2023 in South Africa.

I have a brand new Amarok 2023 with 30 000 km. Three thin wires going to the transmission was broken off my a branch that flipped up when driving over it on a sandy track. My vehicle is now in a Volkswagen Garage since 7 May due to not spare parts available for these three little wires. I have to buy a whole new section of the harness which I have done. However it is a minimum of 6 to 8 weeks and the garage has still not received a SINGEL notification from Volkswagen when these parts will be available. It is shocking that these vehicles are assembled in South Africa by Ford but that they do not have any spares available. I have had to buy a second car as we need transport and as nobody can tell me whether they will even have a spare part available this year, we have no option. We have also bought a brand caravan but now have no vehicle to tow it. I am quite shocked at Volkswagen's service. I also cannot find an Email address to VW - only online complaint section
