No service on Vehicle after waiting the whole day

The vehicle was booked in this morning for service , I received a sms at 12:30 Saying the technicians are working on the car .I called in at 15:30 to find out on the progess ,I was then called back at 4:15 to be told the car has not been worked as I type this complaint I am waiting for a car to pick me up from VW Rustenburg , I work until 16:30 , I had just contacted Jacob & he left the phone to put me on hold while he was busy with someone else .
