No Service from NTT VW Potchefstroom - they are *******!!!!

On Friday 25 March 2022, my mother took my Amarok for the 240,000km service at the NTT VW Potchefstroom. On Saturday 26 March 2022, the car would not start. She opened the bonnet to find brackets that had not been locked in place and a used car salesman business card (NB Sales), see picture attached.

There have been rumours in the neighborhood that the dealership sells parts from cars that come in to used car dealerships.

On Monday 28 March 2022, my mother went to the dealership to assist her with the problem and to allay her fears that parts were sold to the used car dealership. The response from the dealership (our contact person Elsabe Grobler) was that they will look into it when they can.
