no service delivery

<p>i order a part last year november 2016, i called before the end the uear and i was it will arrive but now its 2017 still no reply i sent an email to the person who was assisting me on the matter i still havent got a reply as well. </p> <p>i asked for my money back last year december when i called but was told to wait for a week till today im wait, they should just give me back my money because they cant deliver.</p>
