No service and bad attitude

<p>Hi my name is Gift Mlambo from witbank I have a complain with Vw SA and Mccarthy Vw witbank I took my car for service on the 30/03/2016 and I reported that my 2 front window rubbers were scratching the windows they said the will order them and call for fitments only to find out I waited for a month without them calling me I had to go to them and ask (karel workshop manager) told me that they are on their way from Germany but then I asked why didn't you keep me posted after a month I have to come back to ask?? Then last week Thursday my car was taken in for those rubbers only to find out more damages has happened now 1 window was stucking halfway not opening fully then they had to take the car for 2 day just to replace window rubbers now.</p> <p>1) they agreed to replace the scratched windows </p> <p>2) now they saying they don't know anything about replacing the windows </p> <p>3) My driver window has new scratches which happened while fitting the new rubbers </p> <p>4) my driver door doesn't close properly anymore i have to bang it now </p> <p>5)my driver window it doesn't work properly have no power window anymore I have to press it so many times before it drops the window </p> <p> </p> <p>Now I'll be stuck with this scratched windows that doesn't even open anymore. </p> <p> </p>
