No service after buying a car from Vw hoopers durban
Just bought a car from hoopers durban, 4 days after having the car, the car went into limp mode.
I called the dealership on the Monday and told them, the reply I got was if it happens again bring it in.
This is not acceptable, so essentially telling me when it breaks down again we will do something about it.
Furthermore the front plastic is loose the clips in the bonnet holder are broken and the gear lever is worn very badly.
Buying a car from a master cars is suppose to mean it goes through a stringent quality check which clearly hasn’t been done.
Your sales people telephone etiquette is terrible, a customer calls and they are greeted with a hello, not good day my name is … welcome to hoopers how may I assist you.
I held for 10 min to be out through to any manager. Being transferred from one person to the next and still no manager available including the dealer principal… appparently they were all not available.
Very poor from a Vw dealership and definitely won’t buy from them again
