NO SENSE OF EMERGENCY

I called VW HATFIELD trying to secure an urgent booking for my VW Polo 2010 model. The car is having the EPC light on. After I have read the manual and it is indicated in the booklet that my car must be seen by a technician. I called in to book it for check up, the lady at the call centre tells me that she can only be able to make a booking for my car from next week Wednesday. I try to explain my dilemma to her then she put me through to an arrogant guy by the name of Peter. As I'm trying to explain to this guy what my problem is. He is busy talking as well that \mam even if you bring your car today I won't be able to work on it for the next 5 days"All I want is for my car to be checked what the problem is and be told if I can still drive it for the next 5 days if not then it given the emergency it deserves. <br> <br> VW HATFIELD used to be my favorite when it comes to my car but after the treatment I got today I'm not to sure about them.
