No more VWSA

It's very disappointing for a big corporation like this to have to treat after sales client with such disrespect, and after spending so much money without support.

My 2021 Polo Vivo started making a weird sound while driving on the road, and I stopped on the side to check what's wrong, I opened the bonnet, but I could not see any loose components, I did not touch anything. The same week it was due for service and I took it to the dealership (East Rand VW) then they said the air filter housing bracket is broken, and it's because someone was fiddling with it, I could not understand the conclusion because I know for sure, no one opens my car, not even the guys at the fuel stations.

The last person who worked on my car was the very very last time when it went for a service at the same dealership. I was told I can't claim broken components, I still don't understand how it broke. I took it up with VWSA and had so many follow up calls, at the end I was told there is nothing they can do it's a broken component, and that's it.

Nothing can break on it's own, I have never heard of such, but because I wanted peace of mind, I left them and repaired it on my own. The treatment we get, is out of the goodwill.
