No justice at VW

I bought a new car at VW Newcastle branch in may. on purchase i noticed a sound in the engine and alerted the sales person but was told that the parts are still new it will disappear as time goes by. in June i booked the car in. according to them it was\ fixed"but after a week of driving the car the same sound came back"
