No Information with repair department

<p>My VW vehicle was towed into Weiss VW , stamford hill road, Durban on Thursday 22 of June. It is now Tuesday 27 June and they still cannot give me an idea of how long it will take to fix the vehicle. Their excuse is that the technician working on it has not come into work?</p> <p>Surely VW staff issues are not my problem?</p> <p>Basically nothing has been done and every day I get told I will give you more information the next day. </p> <p>How difficult is it to give me this information. As a customer with only 1 vehicle I am stuck for transport. If they could tell me it would take 1 week, 2 weeks, then I would need to hire a vehicle. If they tell me it will take a day - then I will simply uber etc.</p> <p>Why is so impossible to get this information?</p>
