no help with lock nut

I called vw assist to help me with my cars lock nut I told them I lost mine and I have tire puncture, they sent a person to assist me but he did not have the lock nut for my car I later went to the dealership and they looked and no one has it even their other brances, what am I supposed to do cause I cannot use my car. So its all fine when I buy the car but when I need them to help me they dont bother themselves.
