No help

I bought a VW polo Vivo 2019 last year around July at VW maponya in Soweto. Service was great but I returned back regarding my car licence disc wanting an updated one. I was given a run around since last year till to this date . I was told to bring the car back a plan would be made because the sales person who sold me the car was no longer there that was last week friday. I was even told that my car does not not have a service plan took one out on the side only to find out last week that my car was insured under Avis for a service plan. I spoke to a guy who said his a manager there he promised to call me back but ddnt I had to follow him around calling him and only to be told on Monday that they Kent help me my car needs to go for roadworthy. At my expense again for their mistake which I had reported and got no assistant useless. We support our local dealerships hoping for good service but we in turn get nonsense no help . Am really disappointed I wouldn't advise people to buy from there if this the service will be getting from VW maponya
