VW SA was contacted via e-mail to bring the following to their attention:-<br> <br> My daughter's VW has been at CAR DOCTOR PANELBEATERS for the past 3 months after the insurance granted them the authorisation to restore the car. It was brought to VW's attention that according to the panelbeaters 1 of the body part are not to be found on the whole continent...what a laughing matter. A lady phoned her 2 weeks ago and promised to get back to her within 36 working hours. Nobody from VW SA has responded yet and Car Doctor Panelbeaters is ducking and diving and still has not fixed the car. <br> <br> It looks like VW SA is just as unhelpful as Car Doctor
