No customers service

No customer service at all, I have phoned them for a service quote and have not received my quote as requested via email. I then went into the branch to request the quote where the first person referred me to the second person and the second person to the third person. NOT ONE OF THEM WILLING ENOUGH TO STAND UP AND ASSIST ME, THEY WERE TOO BUSY DOING NOTHING..... How will they service my car if they can't even get me a quote #Dangerousforyoursafety
