No care or assistance to clients

VWSA does not value their clients and refuse to assist me with my query! The agent ZIA was of no help to me and I requested that a decision maker or a higher escalation to deal with my matter! I am going to get rid of my VW vehicles due to this terrible experience, I'm paying close to 15K for both cars and they don't even care to assist!!!!
