No car for 2 weeks

I had a breakdown on the 19th of Jan in the Mtunzini area. When i called vw, as the car is still under warranty, i sat there close to 4 hrs waiting on towing service and was told would not be able to be given transport to get home, as it was too far. After arguing about where i would sleep, i eventually arranged my own transport to collect me and take me home. <br> <br> It has been 2 weeks now without a car, and half the time, i have to call in to check on progress. I took over a week for them to get the faulty part, and now its another week, of heaven knows what. For such a reputable brand, i am really disappointed. It seems my car was at the bottom of the list in terms of their priority, meanwhile i have to struggle to get around.
