NO BRAKE PADS FOR POLO SEDAN 2022

Poor service, My car went for 30 000kms service last week Wednesday and we were told that the brake pads needs to be changed however they do not have the brake pads in South Africa. what I am suppose to do in this case???????????? why sell a car that you wont be able to maintain?????
