No assistance from WV Road Side Assist

This is the second time in 2 months that my sunroof on my UP! does not close. The first time I took it to Lindsay Saker , Hyde Park where I bought the car Now the second time, I call road side assist as it it Saturday afternoon and they tell me they cannot help I must park undercover till Tuesday. This is unacceptable. I don't have an \undercover\" to park my car. What happens if I need to drive it and it's raining? Why didn't Lindsay Saker, Hyde Park fix it the first time, like they should have fixed my clutch, my gears and my breaks. I wonder if anyone will get back to me. They certainly didn't the last time I complained."
