No After Sale Service

<p>I have tried numerous times to try and get hold of them, with no luck and they are not returning my calls either.</p> <p>A few weeks ago I took my car in for an error it was giving. I spoke to the Service Manager who at the time arranged for them to run diagnostics (which did not report any errors) without opening a job card.</p> <p>He also noticed that my car was almost due for a service and advised me that they will keep the car there for a few days to try and find the problem when I book it in for a service.</p> <p>Unfortunately, this is the only means of transport I have to get to work and I was told that they have no spare courtesy vehicles as the staff go home with them.</p> <p>So they now have the money that was paid for the purchase of my vehicle and have decided that I am no longer important enough to give proper service to.</p>
