New polo that cannot be fixed
On 07 December 2021 I pre-order and received ownership of the Vehicle on the 4th January 2022, Then at the end of March 2022, I informed VW Tokai that is an issue with the car as the warning lights went off indicator there was an issue with the Rear break and indicator light this Warning light for the right break and right indicator triggers when it rains heavily and I have even sent them images of the issue then after a day the issue disappears, and then the break light and indicator works again, My car went into VW Tokai’s workshop to be worked on and return to me after two weeks they said they made some repairs and run the car through the wash bay and run a hose to check for any water leaks and all is ok. The car went to the workshop around the 4th of April and Returned around the 21st of April 2023. Then on the 26th of June 2022 I encountered another issue with the center console dying, the went to be checked but nothing could be found, On 18 August 2022 the car had the same issue the car went to the workshop again and was there for about 3 weeks, in the 3 weeks that the car was there I asked VW to rather take the car back as I am encountering too many issues for a brand new car and I would rather like another car and they refused to take the car back and promised that the car will be fixed and the problem won’t happen again, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt.
This occurred again in September 2022 and then they said they would look at it again April 2023 this issue occurred again when it rained, and the warning lights came on that the right break and right indicator light were out and informed VW about this again and asked them to take the car back and they told me they would fix it, my car spent about another 3 weeks in the workshop and got It back in May 2023.
Then June 2023 the issue happen again and then VW Tokai said they will look and my car was in their workshop for a month and they said they found a leak again and it was repaired, and at the 3rd July 2023 I got my car back, by this I am to tired to tell them to take my car back, because they ain't going to listen to me and I am nothing to them. The on 14th September 2023 the issues happed again and inform VW and they said they can only accommodate me now on 23rd October, the issue also happen again on the 24th September due to the heavy rain. By now I just had enough of VW SA and VW Tokai, my car is still currently there and I don’t won’t the car back because it been there to many times for the same issue and all VW Tokai say they repaired It is fine, I ask the question what happens if this issue continues after the warranty expires in a 1 year 2 months and what damaged was caused by the leak they found and what damage must still occur from leaks they found as they already starting to pick cor corrosion from the water damage and they refuse to the back and replaced it.
