New Polo CLutch issues

I bought a brand new VW Polo 1.2 TSI from VW Barons woodmead on the 30th December 2014.on the 4th July 2015, withought any warning the clutch failed. the car was towed to the dealer by vw road assist. the car was booked in, and I got a call from the dealer informing me that they had to replace the clutch ,and I was liable for a payment of R9782.07. I was told that warrantly does not cover the clutch. I paid the money to get the car fixed. I then logged a complaint with VW South Africa, they promised to investigate the matter, they contacted me a couple of times informing me that they were investigating, they even contacted my fianc?, and she confirmed the incident and the person who contacted her sounded surprised that we had paid,considering the fact that the car was just 6 months old. Vw SA informed me that their investigation concluded that the issue was due to driving style. I had a vw before that I drove for over 1year but it never had any clutch issues.
