New Jetta TDI bought 5 months ago clutch burnt

The car I bought at a VW dealership in East London(NTT) is not drivable and the dealer is trying to pass the buck to me. The car was towed by VW SA from Butterworth, EC(where I live) to the dealership in East London(108kms) yesterday(01/02/2016) on the understanding that it will be assessed and a report will be issued. Today I get a call that the charge to check the car is +R3,000 and that if the fault in the car is mine(as in I burnt the clutch), I will be liable for everything including replacement of the clutch. I was also told that I cannot get a courtesy car because they don't have one available.<br> <br> I then told them I will take the car somewhere else tomorrow (03/02/2016) for the clutch replacement as I cannot afford the labour costs should they say it is my fault. This car is my 3rd car and I had thought it cash thinking it would be my last brand new car for my retirement. I am very upset and angry with the dealer's attitude, including VW as the car is only 5months old and I had bought it with my hard earned money. VW SA is not saying anything. Why should I be experiencing this problem for a 5month old car?
