New car with defects

I bought a New 1.2 polo TSI Highline September 2014. First day after collection car stacked, it had a problem with alternator not charging the battery. they took it back, had to use public transport and got a courtesy car on second week and it took them three weeks to fix the car. Six months later in June 2015 performance dropped EPC light was appearing and they took it again to fix it. Recently on 30th December Wednesday 2015 I got stacked again they took it back again, I had to wait more than 3 hours for them to tow the car and they did not organize me transport to my place. I have been complaining so many times but no one is helping and i lodge complain i was told they will respond withing 24 hours, ever since i have been waiting no one is saying whats wrong their car. VW is really inconveniencing me, they should just take their car back or will take them to court. I'm tired of bad service from VW and their empty promises.
