New Car sold with factory faults

25th April bought a brand new polo 1.2 tsi highline DSG within the grantee period I experienced problems reported it to my sales person and he referred me to a machanic and it was said the car is normal, after the month I went back the same thing was said, I booked it in and it was said software was done ,took it back again serval times because the problem continued , was said that they could not pick up any problem , I took it to menlyn VW for a second opinion , was told that the car has a problem , currently my car is still at VW hatfield , they've had my car for over 2 weeks now and they still can't get it fixed,now they are disassembling the car everyday trying to get the faulty parts , they are ordering new parts , assembling it onto the car , basically trial and testing with my car to try fix something they can't seem to fix, the car already has been dissaembled at the workshops not at the factory where they assemble the cars, the car is will obviously not be in a good state since it's being worked on everyday, one would ask will the car still uphold the same 3 year warrantee condition. Vw SA not of much help they sending me back and forward back to hatfield dealership.
