NEW 2015 POLOVIVO FAULTY

Dear Peter ,<br> <br> my Name is Lesego<br> <br> i recently bought a brand new polovivo 2015 in february 2015 and ever since then ,the car has given me problems . i have taken it back to the dealership to my surprise i'm still experiencing the same faulty sounds on the car and this is the 3rd time i have sent it back . i am very frastrated as a customer and not happy about the serviced i've recieved so far. Vw is struggling to fix this problem and i believe that my car should be exchanged. there is lack of communication they failed numerously to give me feedback, im constantly calling and they dont get back to me.<br> <br> the people responsible are goodwill and Reuben they work for the dealership in soweto. ***<br> <br> id really appreciate your help
