Never in my life

So to start off my car starts leaking water and i am closest to vw the glen Monday morning the 29th of Jan i get told i am on a waiting list for a courtesy car, i then recieve a phone call on friday morning stating that the radiator is leaking and has to be replaced, i then explain that 6 months prior to the 29th i had replaced my radiator at strijdom park, then i get told that they cannot claim it from warranty they have to do a part replacement at strijdom park and i need to please take my car to strijdom park. with no transport i request them to get the vehicle towed to strijdom park. eventually monday the 5th the car is by strijdom park and the service advisor says my car is not there, after calling equestra and vw the glen eventually they found my keys and my car. on Wednesday the 7th of feb i get told its definitely the radiator and they need to order the part from uitenhage in pe and it would be replaced by friday the 9th. i then wait patiently for a phone call to fetch my car, friday afternoon at 16:15 i get told to please come collect my vehicle as it is ready. when i arrive at the dealership the service manager phones me and says i need to go to the workshop as he needs to show me something, he then explains to me that i have apparently been in a accident and that they cannot do a part claim due to this, i have not been in a accident and have not bumped the vehicle and told him that i can even phone the insurance and give him my statements to prove that nothing has happend to this vehicle. i then steam off to the dealer principal who is andre grobler and after explaining the situation he reckons sorry but he cant go on ones word as he can see the damage to the ***l and that he will not do a part repalcement as it has been damaged by me. I call VW SA and they dont even send out someone to investigate they just take the word of the dealer principal. never have i in my life experienced such a lack of concern when they know very well that i have been sitting without a car for almost 3 weeks now. i would like my vehicle repaired ASAP and if VW doesnt want to please show me the proof of where I have damaged the vehicle.
