Never Ending story - DF75VH GP 2014Golf 1.4 TSI

Golf 7 2014, with 50000 km's on. A concern was raised with VW that gearbox was scratching between 1st and 2nd , The vehicle was inspected 23rd Sept and was identified that syncro rings needed replacing. Due to no stock on spares I was told to come back the next week. On 24th prior to long weekend big puddle of oil was found underneath car, which resulted me in having to use i10 to drive 500km's to Fouriesburg. The car was taken in on the Monday for repairs, returned to me the Thursday. A leak was detected again 4th Oct which after another inspection I was told was the housing next to thermostat leaking. This was repaired and the leak started again on the 12th. A technician was sent out to check vehicle the assumption was made that residual fluid due to previous repair was leaking. He cleaned vehicle and asked me to continue driving monitoring situation. On the 17th another leak underneath car. A full week later. I mailed and called VW on the 19th 9:03, with promise of follow up, no response and only after calling again 15:32 was I told that I can bring car in again. How many more times do I need to do this. All date stamped photos available. what will happen at 100000km's ????
