Never Buy VW Polo TSI 2018

What a pathetic product and customer service. VW spend so much money on advertising rather than focusing on the quality of their product before they launch it. Within a period of 6 months I have had so many complication and bad experience with their brand new Polo TSI Comfortline. From the first day I bought the vehicle from the dealership in Pinetown, I had never had peace with it while paying so much... The Auto-Stop feature wasn't working from the day I took the vehicle from the dealership due wrongful misplaced chip according to the service manager. Couple of months later, the gears stuck and took them like a month to fix it and when I came to collect the vehicle, they said everything is 100%, but only to found out thatthe hand brake wasn't working and I had to take the vehicle back again though after they gave assurance that everything is 100% working. Couple weeks of weeks later, the car started to making fun sounds when pressing the braking, I called VW roadside assistance, they sent a mechanic on site and he told that I cannot proceed driving the vehicle, it's too dangerous because the brakes pads and disk brakes are damaged. The milage on the vehicle is + 21000km, with so many factory faults on the vehicle, they have guts to tell me that I have to pay R4500 for the new brake pads and disk brakes. VW is totally a disappointment.
