Never buy an VW aid you value honesty and customer care! And never buy from VW Lindsay Saker. Awful awful awful experience with VW Lindsay Saker Fourways and VW South Africa. I was mis-sold, left with a gap in warranty, and still have not had a single call to resolve. I keep getting told it’s someone else’s problem, VWSA saying it’s the dealership, the dealership saying it’s their franchise executive, the franchise executive (through a sales person) saying they won’t be calling me to resolve as it’s the finance department to resolve, and their finance department never calling. Yet this dealership had the audacity to tell me they can resolve by selling me another car!!! Every department, every person, no-one takes responsibility. It’s like calling a corner shop, not an actual franchise. VW how do you even vet your franchises!
